To overcome this, our marketing campaign promoted the location, and existing fit-out and cost savings this presented, to stand out in a depressed and flooded market
The existing tenant wanted to vacate early. Our goal was to secure a new tenant, at an increased rent, before the end of the existing lease
THE REVEAL
Within 3 weeks, TCI leased the property at a rent of $39,000 per annum + outgoings + GST, which represented a 15.22% increase in rent from the previous lease
Final result being 13.72 times quicker than market average
